Bromic Gas Mounting Poles ensure that your gas heater will be suspended at just the right height (between 8′ and 9′), so it delivers the optimum amount of heat. Suitable for both our Tungsten and Platinum Gas Collections, the poles come in six different sizes to suit a variety of ceiling heights.

Wireless On/Off Controller

Bromic Heating independent ‘On/Off’ controller with wireless 4-Channel Remote can control up to two electric or four gas heaters across two separate circuits from up to 100 FT away. The wireless remote is fully portable or can be easily mounted with the included double-sided adhesive/screws.

Smart-Heat Link Home Automation

Pair Bromic heating control options with the Bromic Smart-Heat Link to create a seamless communication between Bromic outdoor heaters and your smart home controls technology. The Bromic Smart-Heat Link requires a RS232 port and is compatible with the leading home automation systems on the market, such as Control 4, Crestron. Lutron, Nomad and many more!

What is supplied with the mounted gas heaters?

All our Smart-Heat gas heaters come with wall mount brackets. Ceiling poles, deflectors and controllers can be purchased as additional accessories.

Can I install the heater myself?

No, our Bromic Smart-Heat gas heaters need to be installed by a licensed technician.

Do the gas heaters require an electrical supply?

Yes, these heaters have an electric ignition which requires an electrical supply.

How can I control the heater?

We recommend adding the Bromic On/Off controller and wireless remote, so the heater can be turned off and on from the comfort of your home. Alternatively, the heater can also be controlled via a standard wall switch.

Can I adjust the heat output on the gas heaters?

Our gas heaters are on/off only. If you're looking for a dimmable option, then we would recommend our Bromic electric heaters, which allow for more precise control over the heat output.

Is the heater supplied with a heat deflector

No. Heat deflectors are available as an additional accessory.

Does the heater come with a cover?

No, we do not offer cover for our fixed installed heaters as these present a fire-hazard as there is a risk the heater might get accidentally switched on with the cover on.

Can this heater be connected to a smart home or building automation system?

Yes, the heater can be connected to smart home and building technology, provided the system has been fitted with a RS232 port. For this, you require our On/Off Controller and our Bromic Smart-Heat Link RS232 plugin.

WARRANTY

This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.

Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the original owner for both commercial and residential applications;

1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.

Service and Labor Responsibility

Under this limited warranty, the warrantor will provide only a replacement heater or part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs.

Such costs may include, but are not limited to:

1. Labor charges for service, removal, or reinstallation of the heater or part thereof.
2. Shipping and delivery charges for forwarding the new heater or replacement part from the nearest distributor and returning the claimed defective heater or part to such distributor.
3. All costs necessary or incidental for handling and administrative charges and for any materials and/or permits required for installation of the replacement heater or part.
