Bromic Heaters are weather resistant, but not waterproof. The Bromic Tungsten Portable can be exposed to the elements but as with any outdoor product, the better the care, the longer the life. We recommend covering the heater when not in use or storing it under cover when the gas bottle is removed.
Does the Tungsten Portable come with a cover?
The Tungsten Portable heater does not come with a cover, but we do recommend to order a cover to ensure the heater is protected from the elements when not in use.
Can I use the heater with Natural Gas or just LPG?
We do offer a conversion kit that allows the heater to be hooked up to a natural gas line (Product #BH8280050)
What kind of gas tank can be used with the heater?
The Bromic Tungsten Portable can hold a standard 5 gallon propane tank or a 10 gallon propane tank.
WARRANTY
This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.
Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the original owner for both commercial and residential applications;
a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
a replacement part for any component part which fails.

Service and Labor Responsibility
Under this limited warranty, the warrantor will provide only a replacement heater or part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs.
Such costs may include, but are not limited to:
Labor charges for service, removal, or reinstallation of the heater or part thereof.
Shipping and delivery charges for forwarding the new heater or replacement part from the nearest distributor and returning the claimed defective heater or part to such distributor.
All costs necessary or incidental for handling and administrative charges and for any materials and/or permits required for installation of the replacement heater or part.

Great customer service! When I received the shipment, I found out there was a missing part of the initial shipment - Alyssa from Fire Fixtures was quick to respond and solved the issue.
I commend the looks of this portable gas heater it's fairly sturdy, comes well packaged. I never had a hard time moving it to another space if I needed to. I also bought the cover as it's not bundled into the heater, the head is adjustable as it can be tilted.
