How do I install my SMART ethanol burner?
Installation of our SMART ethanol burner is as easy as plugging it in and dropping it into the prepared cavity! Follow the steps below to install the burner and smartphone app:
- Plug in the Smart ethanol burner.
- Install the burner into the non-combustible surround that you’ve specified for installation.
- Use the two handles to lift the burner up and fit into the existing fireplace surround. Please make sure to remove the handles before starting use of the SMART ethanol burner.
- Grab your phone and search for “The Bio Flame” in your app store. If having trouble locating the app on iPhone or Android, please email us at hello@thebioflame.com so we can send across a QR code to get you started.
- After installing the app on your phone, connect to the “The Bio Flame” Wi-Fi network. When prompted, enter the following password: “0123456789” and you’re all set!
- For ignition, click the ON/OFF button twice to ignite the fireplace
- For extinguishing, click the ON/OFF button once to turn it off
- For modifying flame intensity, use the “+” and “-” buttons accordingly
